Worked with kids who have Autism for five years before taking the biggest risk of my life… applying for culinary school and leaving the Orange County bubble. I just finished my internship in San Francisco, and I’m now in my 2nd year at a legit culinary school in northern California¬†studying Baking and Pastry.
